Issue Summary:
Post Release 4.21, users are experiencing an ongoing issue with the eGFR Priority Report and the Kidney
Transplant Readiness Report failing to generate when certain parameters are selected. We are working to
resolve this issue as quickly as possible, however as an interim measure, the following workaround is
available:
eGFR Priority Report – Observed Issue:
The report can fail to generate for users if the following report parameters are used:
- Primary Nephrologist field is set to All
or - Dialysis Decision field is set to All
Workaround:
When selecting the parameters to run the report please ensure that the:
- Primary Nephrologist field has an individual Nephrologist selected rather than All.
and - Dialysis Decision field has a maximum of one decision selected rather than multiple or All.
Kidney Transplant Readiness Report – Observed Issue:
The report can fail to generate for users if a Primary Nephrologist is not selected.
Workaround
When selecting the parameters to run the report please ensure that a Primary Nephrologist is selected.
