Diagnostic Results
The Diagnostic Results in the patient’s chart allows key diagnostic records to be viewed and updated. A new Diagnostic Results module allows entry of existing and new diagnostic fields. Users can add and edit values specific to:
- ECHO,
- ECG,
- Pulmonary Function,
- Bone Mineral Density and
- Chest X-ray results.

- Diagnostic Results: Diagnostic records are added, updated and deleted within the Diagnostic Results module.
Improvements
Physical Examination
- Fields moved from Physical Exam to the new Diagnostic Results module: The ECG, Echo, BMD, Chest X-ray and Lung sections are now part of the Diagnostic Results module.
Document History

- New document category in Document History: A new category “Pulmonary Function” is added to Document History.

Other: Changes Specific to the Post-COVID Recovery Program
- Management Centre field for PCR program: The “Management Centre” field is mandatory when the program selected is Post-COVID Recovery. One PCR Clinic must be added to the patient record during enrollment.

- PCR Classic Role provides Post-COVID Recovery users access to the following Classic modules.
Maintenance > Patient Worklist > Centre – Centre Type: Clinic and Other Program > Other Program

- SUPPORT-14203 Adding invoices for multiple medications in Legacy BCT. A csv file for invoices for multiple medications with the same dispensing date can be added to the Pharmacy Invoice module. This information can be viewed in Legacy BCT.

- SUPPORT-14427 Ordering nutritional supplements for post-transplant patients: Nutritional supplements for post-transplant kidney patients can be ordered through the Post-Transplant Nutritional Supplement form immediately after transplant procedure date.
- Additional supplements on the nutritional supplement forms:
- Ensure Protein Max Vanilla – 235ml bottles, 24 per case
- Ensure Protein Max Chocolate – 235 ml bottles, 24 per case
