- Diagnostic Results: 6 Min Walk Test (6MWT) and Sit to Stand test added.

PROMIS 4 > Patient Overview > Assessment > Post COVID-19 Questionnaire
- Post COVID-19 Questionnaire: Each section’s Screen Score (sum of section’s item scores) is calculated and display in View and Summary pages for Baseline and Follow-up questionnaires.
PROMIS 4 > Patient Overview > Patient Info > Deactivation > Reactivate
- Deactivated PCR patients can be reactivated by PROMIS Support.

- Immunization Report: identifies patients who have/did not have a specific type of immunization for a specified date range. This report can be generated at center level or for the entire patient list.

Immunization History
PROMIS 4 > Patient Overview > Orders/Results > Pt Infectious Status / Immunization Hx
- “Hep B Month/Year” label (formerly “Month/Year”) displays in summary and details page.
- Patient’s COVID-19 lab results are included as part of the Provincial lab list > Pt Infectious status and display in PROMIS 4.
- The record’s entry mode displays within the Details header. Mode will display as either “Manual” to denote data as user entered, “Auto” if Labs are pulled through an interface, or “BCCDC” if an immunization record has been pulled from the BCCDC interface.

- COVID-19 vaccines series includes 1st Series, 2nd Series, Boosters, Unknown values.


- Help link appears when manually adding immunizations and the link directs to the User Guide.
- “Date of Vaccination” (formerly “Date of Latest Dose”) displays in PROMIS 4 > Reports > Center and Worklist Reports
- Patient level report retired from Patient chart > Reports > Immunization (no changes to Reports > Worklist > Immunization report).
