Helpdesk Support is the part of PROMIS that provides technical and administrative support to our end users. Our team is composed of individuals who specialize in ongoing project implementation and tasks as well as troubleshooting day-to-day tasks. If you need your PROMIS account set up, forget your password, or have general questions about training or using PROMIS, call us.
The support team is open Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 AM and 5 PM (excluding statutory holidays).
