As part of PROMIS 4.9, released on the evening of July 22nd, the Dialysis Access Procedure Report has been retired in Classic and is now only available in PROMIS 4.
Observed Issue
D.O.B. column is incorrect if filters are applied or if columns are sorted when Calculate Wait Times parameter is selected. Note: This only applies on the Wait Times per Patient tab in Excel.
If you do not add any filters to this tab the data displayed is correct. All other tabs within the report display and filter correctly.
Workaround
- Open the report in excel and select the Wait Times per Patient tab.
- Before you add any filters or manipulate any data, select column P/and delete column P.
- You can now manipulate and filters the data and D.O.B. will respond appropriately.
Fix
Future PROMIS release, date to be confirmed.
