COVID-19 screening tool added to PROMIS 4, to collect standardized COVID-19 screening data.

PROMIS-37087: In the My Medications report in Classic, a checkbox is added on the report parameters screen which enables copy and paste functionality of patient medications, allowing the user to paste the medication list to another application, such as Cerner.
