The PROMIS team is preparing for our next release PROMIS 4.19, scheduled for the early hours of Thursday, October 12th, with an outage starting at 4:00 am for approximately 2 hours. While PROMIS release outages are typically scheduled on a Sunday evening to minimize disruption to users, this release must be coordinated with a Canadian Blood Services release occurring on October 12th. We apologize for any inconvenience as a result of this mid-week outage.
Transplant – Interprovincial Organ Sharing of High-Status Hearts
The focus of this release is a significant update to Transplant functionality in PROMIS to support Inter Provincial Organ Sharing of High-Status Hearts (IPOS HSH). As part of a national initiative, new functionality will be introduced to PROMIS and the Canadian Transplant Registry (CTR) in order to allocate hearts interprovincially for sensitized (≥80% cPRA) and/or medically urgent (status 4) patients.
Further information can be found in the 4.19 Release Notes which will be available on the PROMIS Portal, under Updates, from Thursday October 5th.
