New CDU management centre (update to PROMIS October 2nd)

- SUPPORT-12043 New HD Community Dialysis Centre opening in Victoria, BC called the Summit Dialysis Clinic. The new CDU will be available to add as a management centre to a patient’s file.
Resolved Issues
Transplant Flowsheet – Portrait Display and Diagnosis Other-Notes (update to PROMIS October 5th)
- SUPPORT-13118 The labs and medications will be adjusted to display the latest results on the left side in the portrait layout. This change will affect all programs.
- SUPPORT-13243 If the Diagnosis “Other” is chosen, the information added to the Other Notes field will display on the Flowsheet. This change will affect all programs.
