New Features
Dialysis Schedule/Labs Report available under the COVID-19 section of Centre Reports.
This new report displays:
The dialysis schedule for a selected week, along with the patients’ lab results, including their most recent COVID-19 lab test results.
A historical record of COVID-19 tests for a specific patient.
Improvements
SUN-9011: New fields in the COVID-19 Questionnaire/Dialysis Runs report.
The Questionnaire/Dialysis Run report displays the following information in the “Summary” section: – Number of runs for the chosen dialysis centre.
- Number of questionnaires submitted for that centre.
- Number of patients.
- Option to choose inpatients in the report parameters.
- A new method for counting number of questionnaires:
- If there is a dialysis run and a questionnaire submitted for a particular date, the number of questionnaires will be counted as 1 and will be associated with the corresponding centre and dialysis run.
- If there is a dialysis run but no questionnaire submitted for a particular date, the number of questionnaires will be counted as 0.
- If there is a questionnaire submitted but no dialysis run for a particular date, then: If the questionnaire was submitted one day prior to the date of the dialysis run, this questionnaire will be associated with that run and will be counted as 1.
Otherwise, the stand-alone questionnaire will be counted as 0.
SUN-8970 / SUN-8971: The COVID-19 Lab Results and the COVID-19 Questionnaire reports show an error message if the “From” date is prior to the “To” date. Note that date in the “To” field is exclusive. For example, if the dates entered are from May 1st to May 5th, 2020, the report will show results up to the end of day on May 4th.
SUN-8950: Addition of a new column “Interpreted Results” in the COVID-19 Lab Results report, whose contents will be based of the “Latest COVID Result“ column.
SUN-9082: An “i” icon with a brief description of the COVID-19 Lab Results report is on the report’s parameters section. The description is visible when the mouse pointer hovers over it.
SUPPORT-6401: The Daily Schedule report “Comments” column will show the comments entered in the “Comments” section of the Actual Dialysis Schedule.
SUPPORT-9077: Implementation of following changes to the BC Provincial Waitlist, for heart transplants.
Changes to the BC Provincial Waitlist are visible when generated with the following parameters:
- Program: Heart
- Format: Waitlist Large
Addition of following columns:
- Sex – Male, Female, Other (After ‘Age’ column)
- Accept Hep C+ Donor (After ‘PVR’ column)
The following columns are removed:
- BNP
- X-M
Resolved Issues
SUPPORT-8419: Patient Monthly Results report contains no duplicate lab results. Some lab result values were found to be appearing twice in each column of the Patient Monthly Results report. Duplicates will not be displaying any longer.
SUPPORT-8484: The Assessment “Other Catheter Related – (tPA)” option is in the Assessment dropdown box when selecting an Assessment in PD Access Management.
SUPPORT-10419: The “City” field in Demographics accepts numbers. For example, a user can enter “100 Mile House” in this field without encountering any errors.
